Disclaimer: What This Site Is and Is Not
Last updated: October 2026
Please read this disclaimer before you use fingerspeoples.property. It is a general template, not legal advice.
A Referral Service Only
Fingerspeoples Concrete provides referral and marketing services. We connect homeowners with independent concrete providers. We do not pour, finish, stamp or seal concrete. We do no construction work of any kind. Any work at your home is done by an independent provider, not by Fingerspeoples Concrete.
No Endorsement, No Promises
A connection to a provider is not an endorsement of that provider. We make no promise about the quality, timing, cost or results of anyone's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a given time. Providers answer for their own licenses, insurance and conduct.
Information, Not Advice
The content here is general. It is not engineering, legal, financial or other professional advice. Soil, slope, climate and local rules differ from property to property. Talk with a qualified provider about your own project.
About Costs
Cost figures on this site are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Prices vary with the job, location, materials, site conditions and design. Ask the provider for a written estimate before any work is scheduled.
Permits and Local Rules
What we say about permits, HOA rules and building codes is general. We cannot tell you what your town or HOA requires. Check with your local permit office, your HOA and your provider.
Safety
Concrete jobs involve heavy equipment, digging, and materials that can irritate skin and eyes. Keep children and pets away from work areas and fresh concrete. If anyone is in danger, contact local emergency services first.
How Fingerspeoples Concrete Is Paid
Fingerspeoples Concrete may be paid by providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure gives more detail.
Accuracy of Information
We work to keep this site accurate and current. We do not warrant that it is complete or correct in every detail.
