Everyone who contacts Fingerspeoples Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what to expect. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or messaging Fingerspeoples Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Content on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If Your Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, start with the provider directly. Keep a written record.

Tell us too. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Please note that Fingerspeoples Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money paid to a provider, or act on a provider's behalf.

How to Send a Complaint

Email contact@fingerspeoples.property and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you want

What Happens After You Write

We will confirm by email that we got your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Unhappy?

If our reply does not settle things, answer it and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may help with licensed providers.
